This section will collect all of the vegan recipes with which stories are associated, or if I just make it often enough to want to have the recipe easy to access.
I am planning to focus some attention on the growth of this part of the collection.
I know that I will be adding shakshuka, potato pancakes, pineapple fried rice, peanut soup, orecchiette with broccoli sauce, carrots roasted with maple and harissa, and more.
That said, I will start simply with roasted vegetables.
